Landlord Certificates boiler only breakdown cover has been created to cover the landlord for unexpected boiler breakdown. At this price you also receive a gas inspection covering you legally as a landlord on an annual basis and also our full boiler service to ensure your boiler is working 100% efficiently.

Eligibility may be subject to a free inspection visit. Cover is available in Central and Greater London only, exclusions apply.

Boiler and controls (80% same day repair)
Unlimited parts (95% same or next day parts delivery system)
Unlimited visits (security, no unexpected boiler repair bills)
Operational Mon to Sun 08:00 – 20:00 excluding bank holidays
Booking Claims line for tenants and agencies to book on behalf of landlord
Committed to same day appointments (engineers will call en-route)
Annual Gas Safety Certificate and Boiler Service
Free technical support service
Gas Safe registered engineers
12 month contract term (1 months cancellation notice)
£50 Excess on repairs carried out

What’s not covered?

Intermittent faults
Central heating system (radiators, heating pipework, radiator valves etc)
Hot water cylinder, storage tanks and immersion heaters
Heating and cold water header tanks
Gas supply pipework
Powerflush
Performance upgrades (E.G. magnaclean filter, scale reducers)
Sludge, scale blockages or restrictions
Failure of third party work
