Unfortunately today we had to Fail a gas inspection. The tenant was "very happy with the service" and that his safety was taken seriously as the main heat exchanger showed signs of spillage. A sign of spillage of the heat exchanger indicates that CO emissions are leaking. The landlord has been informed and is now taking immediate action to ensure her property is Safe.
