One of our Gas Safety Engineers carried out a Gas Safe Inspection Last Week which was classed as Immediately Dangerous. The Boiler Flue was cracked and damaged. National Grid had to be called to shut of the gas from the main meter, and the Landlord booked in a flue replacement with us. We ordered the parts,  and installed and sealed the flue so that her gas could be turned back on within 48 hours.
