Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) are surveys that determines how energy efficient a building or commercial property. The ratings on a commercial EPC start from G (least energy efficient), going up to an A for the most energy efficient building. The EPC certificate is very accurate and that makes it very important for any type of establishment. All our assessors are trained to comply with the latest European and U.K. legislation.

Commercial EPCs are valid for 10 years from the time when they are lodged or generated. If you are looking to rent or sell the commercial premises or the building has just been constructed then a commercial EPC is required by UK legistlation.
