Gas Meter Location

Please describe where you gas meter is. Please ensure it is accessible on the day, so we can carry out a gas tightness test which is required to issue a valid gas safety certificate.

Previous Gas Certificate Expiry Date

A new MOT-style certificate means that landlords can carry out the annual gas safety check in the two months before the due date and retain the existing expiry date. *Please leave blank if this is your first inspection or does not apply to you.

All our engineers drive vehicles, and parking will need to be available on the day. We charge a basic rate of £3.00 for parking fees. However, please note if your parking charges exceed £5.00 you will be billed for the additional amount.
