Boiler Repair – No heating

At 14:03pm today, Century21 estate agents called us and asked us to repair a gas boiler.  A ceiling leak had damaged the boilers programmer. Our gas engineer arrived within 3 hours. He  replaced the programmer, but also ascertained that the divertor needed to be repaired.  After 1 hour the tenants had their heating and hot water working again.
